Full-welded ball valve in drum shape
Full-welded globe valves in drum shape are suitable for pipelines in various applications such as oil, chemical, thermal power stations, etc., with working pressure ranging from Class 150 to 300Lb and operating temperatures from -29 to 200°C, for cutting off or connecting media. The applicable media include oil, purified natural gas, acidic natural gas, coal gas, water, and coal slurry, etc. Operating methods include worm gear drive, pneumatic, electric, and gas-liquid interlock.
Structural Features
The full-welded spherical ball valves feature a fixed ball structure with bearings installed on the upper and lower axes of the sphere, offering low operation torque. This structure ensures the ball remains stationary under pressure, with two sealing rings designed to provide sufficient pre-tension for a double-sided forced seal, enhancing reliability. The ball's machining process is monitored by advanced computerized detection equipment to ensure high precision. Since the valve body material is identical to the pipeline material, it avoids uneven stress and deformation due to earthquakes or vehicle traffic. The sealing ring is made of PTFE material containing 20% carbon (C), guaranteeing zero leakage (0%).
