Full-welded ball valve in drum type
Full-welded ball valves of drum type are suitable for pipelines in various conditions such as oil, chemical, thermal power stations, etc., with working temperatures of -29 to 200℃ and Class 150 to 300Lb pressure ratings, for cutting off or connecting media. Suitable media include oil, purified natural gas, acidic natural gas, coal gas, water, and coal slurry, etc. Operating methods include worm gear transmission, pneumatic, electric, and gas-liquid linkage.
Structural Features
The fully welded spherical ball valves feature a fixed ball structure with bearings installed on the upper and lower axes of the ball, resulting in low operation torque. This structure ensures the ball remains stationary under pressure, and the design incorporates two sealing rings to provide sufficient pre-tension for a double-sided forced seal, offering enhanced reliability. The ball's machining process is monitored by advanced computerized detection equipment, ensuring high precision. Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there is no uneven stress or deformation due to earthquakes or vehicle traffic. The sealing ring itself is made of PTFE material containing 20% C (carbon), guaranteeing complete non-leakage (0%).
