Ultra-fine Grinding Mill is a machine used to grind materials into ultra-fine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
Its primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The finished product particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, which rotates the main shaft and the turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin, then evenly delivered to the turntable through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe.
Material is scattered to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the groove of the grinding ring where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The crushed material is then suctioned out by a high-pressure blower and separated into fine powder meeting the required specifications by a classifier.
