Ultra-fine Mill is a machine used for grinding materials into ultra-fine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
The primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder. Suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6, the finished product's particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh. The production capacity can reach 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, which rotates the main shaft and the turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin and then evenly fed onto the turntable via a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed tube.
Material is scattered outward to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the groove of the mill ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The crushed material is then extracted by the suction action of the high-pressure blower and separated into fine powder meeting the required specifications by the separator.
