Ultra-fine Grinding Mill is a machine used to grind materials into ultra-fine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
The primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder. Suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6, the finished powder particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine powder mill operates by an electric motor driving a reducer to rotate the main shaft and the turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin and then evenly delivered to the turntable via a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe.
Materials are scattered towards the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and fall into the groove of the mill ring, where they are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The powdered materials are then extracted and carried out by the suction action of the high-pressure blower, and separated into fine powders meeting the requirements by the separator.
