Ultrafine Grinding Mill is a machine used to grind materials into ultrafine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, and mining fields.
Its primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The finished powder's particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, rotating the main shaft and turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin and then uniformly fed onto the turntable through a vibrating feeder and inclined feeding pipe.
Material is dispersed outward to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the track of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The powdered material is then extracted by the suction action of the high-pressure blower and separated into fine powder meeting the required specifications by the separator.
