Superfine Mill is a machine used to grind materials into ultrafine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
Its primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The finished powder product can be adjusted to a particle size between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, rotating the main shaft and the turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin and then evenly delivered to the turntable via a vibration feeder and an inclined feeding tube.
Material is scattered outward to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the groove of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roll. The powdered material is then extracted by the suction action of a high-pressure blower and separated into fine powder meeting the required specifications by a separator.
