Superfine Grinding Mill is a machine used to grind materials into superfine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, chemicals, and mining industries.
This machine primarily grinds various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with a Mohs hardness of ≤6. The finished powder particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, causing the main shaft and turntable to rotate. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin, then evenly delivered to the turntable through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feeding pipe.
Material is scattered to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force, falling into the groove of the grinding ring where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roll. The crushed material is then suctioned out by a high-pressure blower and separated into fine powder that meets specifications by a separator.
