Superfine Grinding Mill is a machine used for grinding materials into ultra-fine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
Its primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The finished powder's particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by using an electric motor to drive a reducer, rotating the main shaft and turntable. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin, then evenly fed onto the turntable through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed tube.
Material is scattered towards the circumference under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the groove of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The crushed material is then extracted and carried out by the suction action of the high-pressure blower, and the fine powder meeting the required specifications is separated by the classifier.
