Principle of stainless steel grading wheel operation: Under the force of the fan's suction, materials move with the ascending air flow to the grading area. Driven by the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating grading turbine, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles meeting the particle size requirements pass through the grading wheel into the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection, while coarse particles descend to the crushing area for further crushing.
The motor drives a stainless steel grading wheel to rotate at high speed (speed can be adjusted at will) within the grading housing, generating strong centrifugal force within the grading machine.
The gas-powder mixture entering the classifier first goes into the classifier wheel, where, under the force of centrifugal force, larger or heavier particles are subjected to greater centrifugal force and are thrown to the outer edge of the classifier wheel and the side wall, where they are no longer affected by centrifugal force and naturally fall into the粉碎main body for further crushing or fall to the discharge port for collection; smaller or lighter materials are subjected to less centrifugal force, hover inside the classifier wheel, and are carried to a higher position by the suction force of the fan, then smoothly flow through the pipeline to the next component for classification or collection. The size of the centrifugal force in the classifier can be adjusted by varying the speed of the classifier wheel through frequency conversion, achieving the goal of separating materials of the required particle size.
