Baking Temperature: 150℃ for 30 minutes

Agent A: After spraying, it increases the transmission rate by approximately 0.5~2%, with a cured film thickness of about 90~110nm and a surface water droplet angle of around 60 degrees. Initially, the presence of the antibacterial layer on the glass can be judged by the increase in transmission rate. The recommended spraying height is above 80mm, but the flow rate varies by equipment and should be adjusted accordingly. A too thick film will appear bluish-purple with uneven coloration. A normal film thickness will be colorless and transparent.

Agent B: Prepared according to standard anti-fingerprint spray conditions. If the water contact angle does not meet expectations, adjust the flow rate upwards, (recommend not exceeding 30S/9g to ensure antibacterial effect) with attention to spraying.
