HF4000 is the latest generation plasma cleaner (stripping machine) from the Shaking Instrument series. The equipment is equipped with 4 jet-type AP plasma systems. This plasma surface treatment system mainly consists of two parts: a full-bridge digital circuit plasma power supply and a plasma spray gun.

Wide cleaning range and high efficiency; all profiles are made of 6061 aerospace aluminum material, with electroplating surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance and prolong the service life of the equipment, making it more high-end and sophisticated.

Utilizing the fifth-generation plasma discharge optimization technology, we ensure high plasma density and low temperature during plasma cleaning, thereby achieving superior surface activation effects compared to industry standards.

Based on the principles of plasma and product characteristics: This product utilizes a magnetic levitation rotating plasma nozzle, which has a wide plasma jet range and effective distance (7mm-12mm), and can effectively act on 2D flat, 2.5D, and 3D curved glass surfaces.
