The ZY5000S Radio Frequency Plasma Cleaning Machine with Wide Width and Low Temperature mainly consists of three parts: plasma gun head, plasma generator, and control system.

　Product Principle

Wide-Range Low-Temperature Radio Frequency Plasma Cleaner - ZY5000S Plasma Cleaner: The structure of the ZY5000S plasma cleaner is mainly divided into three major components, namely the high-voltage excitation power supply, plasma generator nozzle, and control system.

　　(A) High-voltage drive power supply:

The generation of plasma requires high-voltage excitation. Atmospheric low-temperature plasma is excited using a medium-frequency power supply, with a frequency range of 10-40 kHz.

High voltage ranges from 4-10KV. Parameters can be adjusted according to the actual sample conditions to achieve the desired modification effect.

　(Plasma Generator Gun)

Atmospheric low-temperature plasma generator spray guns are available in two types: jet straight spray and rotating straight spray. The difference lies in the treatment area.

　　(C) Control System:

The control system is designed to govern the operation of the entire atmospheric low-temperature plasma cleaning equipment and to protect the overall system.

　Error Messages and Troubleshooting:

1 Water-cooled unit not powered on: Please check if the internal or external water-cooled unit is powered on.

2 Insufficient Argon: Please check if the argon is connected, if there is gas in the gas source, and if the pressure is greater than 0.3 Mpa.

3 Insufficient Oxygen: Please check if the oxygen is connected, if the gas source has gas, and if the pressure is greater than 0.3 Mpa.

4 Abnormal discharge: Please check if the RF power supply is turned on, if the reverse power is too high, or if the plasma gun head is discharging.

5 Press the Stop button, or the Fault Clear button after troubleshooting is completed.

　Maintenance and Service

　　Note: All necessary safety precautions should be taken before beginning any maintenance or repair, not limited to the contents mentioned in this user manual.

1. Turn off the equipment's power switch and disconnect the main power protector.

Turn off all gases.

3. Prepare the required toolbox.

4. Replacement of Water-Cooled Machine Water (Must Use Pure Water) The water in the water-cooled machine must be changed after one month of use to prevent the formation of impurities that could cause blockages, leading to cooling issues with the nozzle and ultimately damaging it due to poor heat dissipation.

5. Gun Tip Inspection: ① Check for any signs of charring or film peeling on the negative plate (the bottom plate) of the gun tip; ② Inspect for cracks in the ceramic tube (white) beneath the gun tip; ③ After powering on the gun tip, observe if there is any backflow of water in the transparent tubes at both ends of the tip.

6. Line Inspection: ①Observe the four corners of the production line. Check if the conveyor belt is rubbing against the profile rack. ②Inspect for any obvious signs of breakage on the conveyor belt.
