HF8000-8 3D Curved Trajectory Electroplating Stripping Cleaning Equipment is our newly developed 3D cleaning and stripping machine, primarily designed for large curved 3D covers, 3D protective films, 3D automotive glass, as well as 2D, 2.5D, and glass products requiring secondary stripping and repair. This machine utilizes Taiwan's jet plasma discharge technology, mainly relying on the activation of corona-active particles in the plasma to remove surface contaminants. The plasma cleaning reaction principle is as follows: first, inorganic gases are excited into a plasma state; gas-phase substances are adsorbed onto the solid surface; the adsorbed groups react with the molecules on the solid surface to form product molecules; the product molecules desorb to form gas-phase; and this promotes the detachment of reaction residues from the surface, achieving a clean, new appearance of the product.

6. Employing silent drag chains, they are wear-resistant and dust-free, ensuring no dust particles are produced even during high-speed, long-duration operation, greatly enhancing the yield of good-quality products.
7. The equipment is equipped with a wireless keyboard and mouse, facilitating the operator's operation.
8. Reinforced beams are added at both ends of the equipment to greatly ensure the flatness of the equipment production line, allowing for smoother conveyance.
