AB-1003-800 Glass Protection Oil Spray Equipment is the third-generation coating spray equipment for the Shenyi brand, suitable for producing 2.0, 2.5D, 3D, flat glass, various optical lenses, and high-end protective films. It prevents scratches, base markings, and insufficient cleaning of powder wash during the production process, improving product yield (up to 92% or more). It saves costs and is easy to operate, making it an ideal replacement for coated protective films and UV printing protection. Cleaning is simple, quick, and leaves no residue or debris. The protective liquid can be cleaned by using a 3%-5% alkali solution for 60 seconds to degum, commonly with sodium hydroxide, at a solution temperature of 5-60 degrees, followed by an ultrasonic cleaning with fresh water.
