The AG+AF1600-1600 is our newly designed high-efficiency, low-consumption all-in-one intelligent spray machine. The integrated spray machines incorporate advanced domestic and international technology and successful experience. The main accessories, spray guns, are imported AG and AF specialized guns from Japan and the USA. The fluid supply system uses high-precision volumetric pumps or air pressure supply systems with Japanese technology. It features a high-precision flow sensor within the pipeline, allowing for adjustable flow and mist, suitable for various process requirements. It also saves fluid usage without waste, employing Taiwan's technology for atmospheric plasma cleaning. The temperature control system features a unique design with preheating and constant temperature control, adjustable temperatures, ensuring even temperature distribution. The exhaust system utilizes dust-collecting environmental design to ensure clean and dust-free operation, free from explosion hazards. The AG+AF spray area is equipped with a constant temperature and humidity control system to effectively ensure product spray stability and cost control.
1. The Seismometer has its own equipment R&D department and laboratory, which conducts multiple verifications on the AG process, ensuring the full guarantee of equipment structure and process feasibility.
2. Features material recognition functionality, utilizing photoelectric sensor technology for intelligent program design. The equipment automatically activates upon arrival of materials in the recognition zone, and shuts down automatically when there's no material, reducing liquid waste and power consumption. It boasts high efficiency and energy-saving properties, effectively extending the lifespan of the equipment.
3. Equipped with an intelligent spray volume control system, the equipment features settings for liquid flow and weight detection. It allows for adjusting the liquid flow rate according to different customer quality requirements. The system automatically controls the oil output rate and spray uniformity per minute based on the set values, ensuring consistent and stable coating quality for each piece produced.
4. Equipped with an intelligent anti-sticking spray system, the system allows for flexible setting of the spray fluid flow tolerance. When the equipment is in operation, if the spray flow deviation is outside the tolerance range, the system will automatically detect and trigger an alarm or stop the machine, effectively preventing batch quality issues.
5. Alarm alerts can be displayed on the screen and automatically stop the equipment. Alarm alerts effectively prevent batch quality issues (e.g., low air pressure alarm, insufficient coating liquid, coating liquid flow out of the set range).
6. The conveyor line uses roller conveyors, ensuring excellent ventilation for the equipment and compatibility with both small and large products, preventing wear and dust particles.
7. Utilize flexible drag chains with wear-resistant silicone, ensuring dust-free operation even at high speeds and long durations, thereby greatly enhancing the yield of good-quality products.
8. Equipped with a 19-inch industrial control screen, a wireless keyboard, and mouse, the spacious screen and robust memory storage ensure stable operation and ample storage capacity for the operating system.

The equipment features an integrated frame structure with six separate and coordinated work zones: from the electrostatic dust removal zone at the feeding port, plasma cleaning zone, preheating zone, AG coating zone, temperature and humidity control zone, surface drying zone, AF coating zone, and the seven work zones are all uniquely designed to ensure uniform and stable coating effects.
10. The plasma cleaning zone utilizes 3 sets of bidirectional modules + 6 Taiwanese plasma technologies for efficient product cleaning (optional). The bidirectional modules offer死角-free, high-power cleaning capabilities, ensuring the product maintains a highly clean surface before entering the high-precision, constant-temperature preheating area, allowing the glass to effectively absorb the paint.
11. The AG spray area features a temperature and humidity-controlled gantry enclosed structure, utilizing a high-speed linear module with 3-4 spray gun design (optional). It enables efficient and rapid uniform coating on product surfaces. The bottom is equipped with a temperature-controlled heating plate to manage the temperature during the coating process. The spray guns are imported from Japan and are specifically designed for the job, ensuring uniform and stable operation. The spray area is equipped with a dust collection and exhaust system for environmental air filtration and temperature and humidity control. The dust collection system efficiently cleans away dust, leaving no residue or dirt buildup; enhancing equipment cleanliness, preventing secondary contamination and dust explosions, and eliminating odor leakage. The temperature and humidity control system can automatically adjust the spray area's humidity and temperature based on the chemical changes of the solvent, maximizing solvent usage and adhesion, effectively reducing cost, improving yield, and enhancing product wear resistance.
12. The equipment is equipped with an AG coating post-cooling and drying function, effectively promoting the full combination of AG solution on the product surface with the AF coating solution in the spray zone. This significantly enhances the product's wear resistance and smoothness, achieving one-piece molding functionality while effectively reducing labor turnover costs and improving yield.
13. The equipment system boasts high intelligence and digitalization. It utilizes a high-precision flow control system for paint quantity, effectively monitoring and alerting data through the touch screen in real-time. Additionally, the system includes production reports, statistics on paint usage, and count of abnormal points, as well as a real-time analysis chart of stable flow curves and other related reports.
