The AF6500 is our AF small-scale coating and film equipment model AF6500-DM (without plasma machine). It offers a low equipment investment for customers, enabling online coating, enhancing production capacity, and significantly reducing labor costs. The equipment features a 600mm transmission design, capable of processing products with widths from 0 to 600mm, catering to various product types for customer switching. By adopting point-contact transmission high-pressure coating processing, it reduces product contamination rates and improves product quality.

1. Utilizing imported German high-pressure nano atomizing nozzles, the nozzle converts high-pressure to low-pressure atomization, and is capable of pneumatic operation at zero air pressure, resulting in finer liquid molecules without affecting the efficacy of the medication.

2. Flow is maintained using a constant supply system, ensuring a steady and consistent flow of the liquid, rather than a wavy flow, which greatly reduces the white mist phenomenon. The spray quantity can be controlled via a regulating valve to enhance the atomization ability of the organic fluorine compound solution, allowing for even adhesion between the film layer and glass, thus improving the uniformity of product coating. The coating thickness is less than 10nm, reducing the surface friction coefficient of the film layer and increasing the smoothness of the friction surface.
