Section 3: Installation and Maintenance Precautions
Installation Specifications
- Basic Requirements: Equipment must be horizontally installed in a well-ventilated and dry area, far from flammable and explosive environments, with ground resistance ≤4Ω.
Pipe Connection: Install a Y-shaped filter on the inlet pipeline and a check valve on the outlet pipeline to prevent backflow.

2. Operational Debugging
Prior to first operation, flush the pipeline to remove slag impurities; then fill the solution tank to the midpoint line and start the agitation.
Calibrate the metering pump flow to ensure the actual dosing amount is within ±5% of the set value.

3. Routine Maintenance
- Regular Inspections: Clean filters monthly, verify the trip pressure of safety valves (error ≤5%), and check the flexibility of the agitator shaft rotation.
Fault Handling: If the metering pump flow is abnormal, check the diaphragm integrity or clean the unidirectional valve sealing surface.

4. Long-term Lay-up Protection
Drain the solution tank and flush it, shut off the power and valves, and apply rust-proof oil to the stainless steel components.
