
System Description:
The DPJY series dosing device is suitable for boiler feed water treatment, boiler water treatment, circulating treatment, raw water pretreatment, wastewater treatment, and petrochemical industry. It is capable of stable transportation of various chemical reagents, thereby meeting the process requirements of different working conditions.
The complete unit consists of a solution tank, metering pump, electrical control cabinet, level gauge, safety valve, buffer, various valves, pipes, etc., all mounted on a base made of structural steel. It integrates the functions of solution mixing, metering, and dosing into a compact structure, featuring a small footprint, ease of transportation, and installation. It can also be designed in various shapes to meet the user's dosing room space requirements.
The metering pumps on the unit can be set to operate either the main or standby pump as required. In the case of two or more solution tanks, they can be alternately used individually or simultaneously through valve switching.
▶The solution tank can be made of materials such as 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, lined carbon steel (plastic), fiberglass, PE, PP, PVC, etc., to meet various corrosion resistance requirements.
▶ Overcurrent materials can be selected from options such as 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, lined carbon steel (with plastic), fiberglass, UPVC, and more, depending on varying corrosion resistance requirements.
