- Export pipe arrangement: Closed-loop outlets are 1.5m above water level; for open-loop drainage pipes, a bend must be installed in the direction of the recirculation water pipe.
2. Initiate Debugging
Prior to the first operation, a hydrostatic test at 1.5 MPa is required to inspect the weld seam's sealing integrity.
Adjust the pressure of the injection pump to the design value (±5% tolerance) to avoid excessive pressure causing dramatic energy consumption increase or insufficient pressure affecting the suction.
3. Routine Maintenance
