Lubricating Oil Injector: The domestic steam turbine lubricating oil supply widely uses an oil-injector system, with its power oil sourced from the main oil pump (or from the AC high-pressure oil pump during startup). The main oil pump is a centrifugal pump. To prevent self-priming air leaks and accidents, positive-pressure oil injection is necessary, thus the oil supply system utilizes an oil-injector for lubrication and an injector for the main oil pump, forming a dual oil-injector system. However, there are also single oil-injector systems that combine the functions of both, often used in smaller units. In recent years, larger units have also been using single oil-injector systems, such as the N300-16.7-537/537 unit.
Low lubricating oil pressure or injection pressure in the engine unit is a common occurrence, indicating an unsafe operating condition that requires improvement. Our company is capable of handling this task, so please feel free to call for inquiries!
