The Oil Injector is a device manufactured by Yantai Zhenxiang Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. The Zhenxiang Electric Oil Injectors are primarily used in the lubricating oil tanks of steam turbines in power plants. Generally, an Oil Injector is a matching device for the lubricating oil tank, consisting of two injectors: the No. 1 Oil Injector and the No. 2 Oil Injector. The Oil Injector, also known as an Oil Feeder, is composed of nozzle, filter mesh, diffuser tube, mixing chamber, etc. The Oil Feeder is a喷射 pump with the working principle that high-pressure oil is sprayed out at high speed through the nozzle, creating a vacuum in the mixing chamber, drawing oil from the oil tank into the mixing chamber. The high-speed oil flow drives the surrounding low-speed oil flow and mixes them in the mixing chamber before entering the diffuser tube. As the oil flow slows down in the diffuser tube, the oil pressure increases, and it exits at a certain pressure to supply the system. The filter mesh installed at the inlet of the Oil Injector is to prevent debris from clogging the nozzle.
