Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized mechanical equipment. Based on the advantages of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of oil-side laminar flow in heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular oil cooler operates with the characteristic that oil flows through the shell side and water through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value] times that of the inside tube side.120-10The thermal resistance is mainly on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional bow-shaped baffle with a swirl guide plate. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after being pumped into the shell of the cooler, follows the guidance of the swirl guide plate and rotates forward. As it rotates, the oil also cleans along the circumferential direction of the tubes. The structural parameters of the tubes are the result of optimized selection through multiple comparative tests, demonstrating excellent performance and safety, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
