Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Based on the advantages of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in the heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular cool oil cooler features a flow operation where oil flows through the shell side and water flows through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is of the same order as the heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional arch baffles with swirl guides, with the main principle being that the cooling oil, after entering the cold oil cooler housing through the oil pump, is guided to rotate by the swirl guides. As it rotates, the oil also cleanses along the circumferential direction of the tubes. The structural parameters of the tubes are the result of optimized selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance and safety for use. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
