Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all rely on oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Building upon the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular oil cooler operates with the oil flowing through the shell side and water flowing through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value] times that of the heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.120-10The thermal resistance is mainly on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional bow-shaped baffle with a swirl guide plate. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after being pumped into the shell of the cooler, is guided to rotate by the swirl guide plate, while being brushed along the circumference of the pipes during rotation. The structural parameters of the pipes are the optimized results from multiple comparative tests, demonstrating excellent performance and safety, making it an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
