Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all require oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized mechanical equipment. Based on the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tubular oil cooler operates with the characteristic that oil flows through the shell side and water through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value here] times that of the heat transfer coefficient inside the tube.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional arch baffles with swirl guides, with the main principle being that the cooled oil enters the shell of the cooler through the oil pump, guided by the swirl guides to rotate and move forward. As the oil rotates, it also washes along the circumferential direction of the pipes. The structural parameters of the pipes are the result of optimized selection through multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance, safety, and reliability. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
