1. A certified true copy of the company's business license, organization code, or any other legally valid documents (including secondary units that require sub-certificates), and non-legislative organizations shall provide materials from their superior units.

2. Copies of the Safety Production License, Industrial Product Production License, and other administrative licenses and qualifications (all must be within their validity period).

3. Management manuals and procedure files for controlled versions

4. When the scope of certification involves multiple sites, fill out the multi-site checklist.

5. When applying for certifications under different management systems, the following should be provided: Process flow diagrams, indicating key processes, operations, and quality control points.
