Treated wastewater flows by gravity into the flotation tank, where the dosing system automatically adds flocculant into the influent pipeline of the tank. After thorough mixing of the wastewater and flocculant, the絮凝 reaction begins. The dosed wastewater and aerated water are mixed in the pressure release nozzle and then enter the bottom of the flotation tank through the nozzle, and are distributed to the center barrel of the tank by the distributor. Under the dual forces of buoyancy and upward water flow, these large flocs rise to the surface and accumulate around the pool wall following the water flow direction. The flat mouth nozzle connected to the sludge pump, driven by the motor, rotates slowly along the pool wall and discharges the floatable solids outside the pool. The treated wastewater passes through the outlet weir and moves on to the next treatment stage, with some of the effluent reused as aeration water. The recycled water is transformed into aerated water in the pressure aeration tank using German proprietary technology nozzles and compressed air, and the flotation treatment is then cyclically carried out.
