Equipment Introduction
The PF vertical pressure filter is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly solid-liquid separation equipment. It uses the pressure from the feed pump and the squeezing pressure of the rubber diaphragm to quickly filter the liquid from the slurry through the filter cloth, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.Structurally, the filtration section is horizontally stacked, enabling continuous processes such as filtration, cake washing, air drying, cake unloading, and filter cloth regeneration. The equipment boasts high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, excellent washing performance, lower cake moisture content, flexible operation, and low maintenance costs.
The solid particle fineness, specific gravity, and viscosity adaptability of the filtration slurry is wide, further reducing the moisture content of the filter cake while retaining the excellent washing advantage of horizontal vacuum filtration equipment. It is an ideal replacement for vacuum equipment in situations with high moisture content requirements.

Process Flow
Operating Principle:
Filtering Stage: Upon the closure of the filter plate box, the slurry simultaneously enters each filter chamber through the slurry tube. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth into the filtrate chamber, then into the filtrate hose, and finally reaches the main filtrate pipe for discharge.

A single extrusion: High-pressure water enters the upper chamber of the diaphragm through high-pressure water hoses, pushing the diaphragm against the filter cake surface, thereby squeezing the filtrate out of the cake.

Washing (optional): Washing fluid is pumped through the same pipes as the slurry into the filter chamber, where it flows through the filter cake and cloth before being discharged through the outlet pipe.

Optional Double Extrusion: After the washing stage, the washing liquid remaining in the filter cavity is extruded out using the same method as a single extrusion.

Air Drying: The final drying of the filter cake is accomplished by compressed air. Air entering through the distribution pipes fills the filter chamber, and the air flow through the filter cake reduces the moisture content of the filter cake and evacuates the filtrate chamber.

Filter Cake Discharge: Upon completion of the drying process, the plate and frame components are opened, and the filter cloth drive mechanism begins to operate, with the filter cake on the filter cloth discharged from both sides of the pressure filter.
