WorkPrinciple
Material is evenly distributed on the filter belt of the vacuum filter disk by the slurry distributor. The slurry on the filter belt is drawn through under the vacuum suction until the vacuum filter disk reaches the proximity switch position. The filter cake on the lower filter belt continues to run and enter under the traction of the motor.SForm extrusion roller and filter belt both above as material entersSAfter the mold compression roller, the material is compressed to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake. The filter cake, after filtration, washing, re-filtration, and compression, is stripped and removed by a scraper device. The filter cloth, after being cleaned by an automatic regeneration unit, passes through a set of supporting rollers and a deviation correction device to re-enter the filtration area. The filtrate from the collection tank is discharged as the filter plate returns, and the filtrate in the compression roller flows into the collection dish. Through this continuous cycle of filtration, washing, re-filtration, and compression, the separation of solid and liquid is achieved.
