G tube filter
Equipment Introduction
The G-tube filter utilizes a filter membrane or special filter cloth as the filtering medium, collecting all suspended particles in the liquid on the surface of the membrane. The clear liquid then passes through the membrane into the clear liquid chamber, achieving highly effective solid-liquid separation. The tubular membrane liquid filter is suitable for removing suspended particles larger than 0.2 micrometers and is widely used in the refining of saturated brine in the alkali and salt production industries, as well as in the filtration of inorganic wastewater and slurry. It also offers a broad filtering range, effectively removing solid contents from 0.002% to 10% in the filtered liquid, resulting in clear filtrate. The filtering media includes PE, PA filter tubes, stainless steel fiber sintered tubes, organic membranes or filter bags, ceramic membrane filter tubes, and more.
