Equipment Introduction
TC Ceramic FilterA vacuum degassing filter device that achieves solid-liquid separation on the surface of ceramic plates.Utilizing microporous ceramic filter plates as the filtering medium, it offers excellent dehydration performance with low installation and operation costs. The ceramic filter plates are arranged in a sectorial circumferential pattern, with capillary action creating high suction in the micropores of the tiles, resulting in minimal vacuum consumption. It is an ideal alternative equipment for ultra-fine materials that are difficult to handle with belt vacuum filters.

Working Principle
The filter plate submerged in the slurry tank, under the vacuum suction force, forms a filter cake layer on the surface through capillary adsorption by the filter plate. The filtrate passes through the filter plate internally and exits through pipes into the effluent tank. The rotor drives the filter plate and the filter cake adhered to it to the drying zone, where the filter cake continues to dehydrate under vacuum. After the filter cake dries, the rotor moves to the discharge zone (without vacuum), and the material is discharged using a ceramic scraper. The filter plate then enters the backwashing zone, where industrial water or compressed air enters the ceramic plate cavity through the backwashing pipeline, cleaning the residual fine material from the ceramic filter plate's inner holes from the inside out. Regular ultrasonic cleaning combined with low-concentration acid is performed to ensure the regeneration and reuse of the ceramic plate.
