Operating Principle:
The equipment features a fixed vacuum box design. The annular rubber belt is continuously driven by a reducer on the vacuum box. The filter cloth is laid on the belt and runs synchronously. The belt contacts and forms a water-tight seal with the friction belt on the sliding platform of the vacuum box. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by a distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone forms on the belt. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth, collects in the transverse grooves on the belt, and enters the vacuum chamber through small holes, while solid particles are retained on the filter cloth to form a filter cake.
