The principle of the equipment is as follows: Material enters the centrifuge from the top, where it is distributed into the guiding channels by a distributor. Under the force of centrifugal force, the material flows downward along the guiding channels. During this process, the liquid passes through a filter into the liquid collection tank, while the solid material is discharged into the lower solid collection bin along the guiding channel. The centrifugal force is utilized to separate the solid and liquid components.The LXD centrifuge simultaneously completes centrifugal filtration and unloading. The angle of the flow channel can be freely adjusted, thereby changing the channel length and controlling the material's residence time within the flow channel, optimizing the moisture content of the solid material.Broadly used in industries such as chemicals, inorganic salts, sugar production, mineral processing, brewing, and urban wastewater treatment.
