One. Glove Box Function
Sealed Recirculation
The inert gas within the glove box is circulated and purified through a closed loop by a recirculating fan and purifier, continuously removing moisture and oxygen.
Automatic Control Regeneration
Deoxygenation materials can be regenerated, with the regeneration process controlled by a program.
Cabinet Pressure Control
The glove box's internal pressure is automatically controlled by a PLC. The working pressure can be freely set within +/- 1500Pa, and the system automatically protects against deviations beyond +/- 1500Pa.
Vacuum pump automatic control
Vacuum pumps are required to automatically activate when needed in the system.

Integrated with a sealed housing (including a sloped operating surface safety glass one-way vision window), transition compartment, recirculation purification unit, PLC control and touch screen operating system, vacuum system, display system, bracket (integral) etc.

(12) Power Interface: 1 (220V) located inside the glove box work compartment, providing power to electrical equipment. A power strip is installed inside the glove box, featuring three sets of outlets with both two-prong and three-prong options.
(13) Foot switch: Controls the gas replenishment and evacuation of the housing, located below the housing, for fine-tuning the pressure inside the work chamber.
(14) Glove Box Frame: Carbon steel with electrostatic powder coating, one-piece design; equipped with swivel casters and adjustable support legs; portable glove box.
(15) Vacuum Gauge: Mechanical dial display, measures vacuum levels in overpressure and tool overpressure chambers, WIKA Germany.

7. Control System
Function: Includes self-diagnosis, power-off self-start feature, with pressure control and adaptive functions; automatic control, cycle control, password protection; unit control with Siemens PLC touch screen.
Pressure Control: The pressure in the housing and transition compartment can be freely set within +/- 1500 Pa working pressure, with automatic protection activated beyond +/- 1500 Pa.
Foot pedal: Controls the pressure inside the cabinet, facilitating the operation of increasing and decreasing pressure.
Display System: Utilizes Siemens PLC touch screen PT177 to show operational status, cabinet pressure, system records, etc.
8. Vacuum System Control Status
Vacuum Pump - Flow rate: 8 m³/h, Ultimate Vacuum: ≤2x10^-1 Pa. Can be started manually or via PLC, suitable for vacuuming transition chambers and maintaining cabinet pressure balance. Ultimate Vacuum: ≤2x10^-1 Pa.
9. Oxygen probe
Imported Brand AII from the USA, featuring ±0.1ppm high precision, electrochemical sensor, 0-1000PPM display values, and low drift.
10. Water Probe
Imported Vaisala (Finland), measurement range: 0-1000PPM with clear readings, low drift, wide application, especially for lithium battery manufacturing and metal-organic users. Can be restored to initial state through cleaning and regeneration process, avoiding the issue of one-time contamination leading to disposal.
Water and Oxygen Indices: Measurement data from the water and oxygen analyzers must be displayed, and an alarm must sound if values exceed the set limits.
11. Acceptance Criteria
Under standard conditions, at a standard atmospheric pressure, using a 99.999% pure inert gas source, and with the container running empty, the water oxygen content is less than 0.1 ppm, and the container leakage rate is ≤0.001 Vol%/h.
