Three-gas incubators simulate the growth environment for microorganisms, tissues, and cells, providing stable temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide, and oxygen concentrations. They are widely used in cell and tissue culture, as well as the propagation and cultivation of certain specialized microorganisms.
THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1. CO2 concentration detection utilizes an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. The sensor operates without mechanical wear, boasts a quick response time, excellent stability, and a long service life.
2. O2 gas concentration detection utilizes electrochemical oxygen sensors, offering excellent linearity, high accuracy, long service life, and fully meets user requirements.
3. When the O2 concentration is less than 19.8% (hypoxic culture), use high-purity N2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
4. When the O2 concentration exceeds 23% (hyperoxic culture), use high-purity O2 and CO2 gases to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 and O2 concentrations.
5. Temperature detection utilizes an imported PT100 resistance temperature sensor, featuring stable performance and good linearity. Independent jacket and door temperature control, with the workshop temperature synthesized from jacket temperatures on five sides and door temperature on one side, achieving high accuracy.
6. The inner box utilizes a gentle air circulation method, closely mimicking natural air convection, which shortens the recovery time for temperature, humidity, O2, and CO2 concentrations, ensuring balanced levels of these parameters.
7. When the box door is open, the solenoid valve automatically closes to minimize gas loss and conserve the gas source; the gentle air circulation automatically stops to reduce contamination from external air entering the box.
8. Temperature and gas concentrations are both displayed digitally, offering a clear, precise, and intuitive view.
9. Equipped with multiple protection features, it will automatically shut off all heating power when the display temperature exceeds the set temperature.
10. Natural evaporation humidifier in water tray, achieving 95% humidity, made of 304 stainless steel, curved design for easy cleaning.
11. Sterilization System: Equipped with UV sterilization lamps and an internal HEPA filtration sterilization system; high-temperature moist sterilization is also available as an optional feature.
