An anaerobic incubator is a laboratory apparatus used for bacterial cultivation and operations under anaerobic conditions. It offers a consistent temperature for cultivating strict anaerobic states and features a systematic and scientific work area. Operating cultures within an anaerobic incubator allows for the cultivation of difficult-to-grow anaerobic organisms while also avoiding the risk of death that anaerobic organisms face when exposed to oxygen during atmospheric operations. Therefore, this device is an ideal tool for anaerobic biological detection and research. The device is also a versatile instrument, as it can be adapted to provide optimal growth conditions for microaerophilic bacteria by altering the operation mode.
Key Features:
The anaerobic chamber is composed of parts such as the culture operation room, vacuum sampling room, gas lines, and electrical control systems. The culture room is designed with suspended cabinets, which increases the usable space of the operation room. This allows for the placement of small instruments like the Kamm oscillators according to specific requirements within the operation room. We have customized these according to the needs of several universities.
2. The anaerobic incubator employs scientific and simple methods to achieve a high-precision, constant-temperature anaerobic environment, making it convenient for operators to obtain an anaerobic environment and easily conduct operations and cultivate anaerobic bacteria within it.
3. The incubator features a digital temperature controller for precise and intuitive temperature setting, reflecting both the desired and actual temperatures inside the chamber. Enhanced with effective temperature protection settings, it is safe and reliable. The incubator is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for on-demand sterilization. Air is filtered before entering the chamber, effectively preventing bacterial contamination.
4. The airway device is adjustable for flow. Both the passage room and the operation room are made of stainless steel plates. The front window of the anaerobic incubator is made of transparent, shock-resistant special glass panels and is equipped with an operation hole locking device, ensuring the concentration of the gas inside the box more effectively.
