In the operation of the injection molding machine, the heating element dissipates a significant portion of heat directly into the air while heating the melt barrel, and the exhaust gases carry away some of the heat energy. These exhaust gases are released directly into the atmosphere, causing both environmental pollution and a considerable loss of heat energy. This also leads to low thermal efficiency and increased equipment wear. The exhaust gases from the injection molding machine are treated using low-temperature plasma purification and UV-photocatalytic air purification.
