The paint department of the furniture factory primarily uses paint as the spray agent in the painting process, resulting in a certain amount of waste gas discharge. The main components of the waste gas are paint dust (mist) and volatile benzene and benzene derivatives (commonly known as thinner), which have a certain impact on the surrounding environment. Paint mist waste gas is generated during the spraying process, where liquid paint oil, under the pressure of air, forms atomized dust particles and volatile organic hazards such as trim苯. These particles have high concentrations and small sizes. After collagen paint mist waste gas is cleaned through a water curtain cabinet, it effectively cleans and degrades the glue oil. Following further cleaning with a wet cyclone tower, the gas is then introduced into an activated carbon吸附bed. The organic gases are adsorbed by the activated carbon in the吸附tower, and the purified gas is discharged through an exhaust duct at a high altitude.
