Water Treatment Integrated Machine, designed based on operational experience with domestic wastewater treatment plants, integrating our scientific research and engineering practices, is a fully integrated organic wastewater treatment unit. The primary focus of the Water Treatment Integrated Machine's design is the treatment of domestic wastewater, utilizing the mature biochemical treatment technique of contact oxidation as the main method. The sludge settled in the sedimentation tank of the Water Treatment Integrated Machine is transferred to an acidic sedimentation tank for further digestion, resulting in minimal residual sludge in the system. The working procedures of the main control equipment, such as fans and submersible pumps, are automatically adjusted to reduce manual labor, achieve automatic operation, and minimize unnecessary human damage. By employing contact oxidation processes primarily aimed at removing organic pollutants, the removal rate of pollutants is increased, ensuring that the effluent meets the discharge standards. Additionally, with the extended contact oxidation time, the conversion of NH3-N is also achieved while removing organic pollutants. The wastewater treatment system features a real-time water quality monitoring system, including flow rate, pH value, and free chlorine, to facilitate timely monitoring of the effluent quality and adjustment of the equipment's operational status. The treatment system is modular, making construction simple and convenient.
