The refrigerated cold storage utilizes frost-free rapid freezing refrigeration method, equipped with brand-name compressors and refrigeration accessories, featuring microcomputer intelligent control. The refrigeration system employs innovative refrigeration technology with green refrigerant materials.
The features of the refrigerated cold storage are that instruments are gradually placed into the storage at irregular intervals, and after a period of time, the temperature inside the storage reaches -20℃, with no special requirements for this period.
However, strict requirements are placed on storage temperatures. A storage facility with temperatures between -18°C to 23°C is considered a typical low-temperature warehouse. However, for cold drinks containing dairy products, the temperature should be set between -20°C to -28°C. But these two different temperature ranges require different levels of equipment, resulting in a significant gap in equipment investment. Generally, refrigeration is used to store food with such temperature requirements to maintain its quality and shelf life.
Due to the temperature dropping below -150°C, the food has a high freezing rate, and microorganisms and enzymes are basically inactive and cease growth, with oxidation also occurring very slowly. Therefore, food can be stored for a longer period with better refrigeration quality. Additionally, refrigerated food requires a relatively stable internal temperature in storage, as significant temperature fluctuations can lead to spoilage and deterioration of the food.
The storage body is made of rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels, molded in one shot using high-pressure foaming technology to achieve various lengths and specifications, catering to the diverse needs of a wide range of customers. Its features include excellent thermal insulation, light weight, resistance to corrosion, aging, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
