Overview of External Tube Reactor

The heating methods for the foreign plate reactor include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), and open flame heating.

       Agitator types generally include paddle, anchor, frame, screw blade, and scraper wall styles.

       Sleeve types include: jacketed and semi-tubular, with jacketed oil heating models featuring flow guides.

       Axial seals are available in standard water-cooled packing, combined PTFE packing, and mechanical seals.

       The outlet types include ball valves and gate valves.

       The external tube reactor is based on the premise of thorough mixing of the reaction substances. For physical processes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption, a stirring device is required to achieve good results. We can also design and process stainless steel external tube reactors for our clients.
