Steam/thermal oil heating reactor span>

Steam/thermal oil heating reaction kettle uses steam as a heat source for heat exchange. Boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the reaction kettle to transfer the heat of the steam into the kettle, causing the materials inside the kettle to absorb heat and undergo reaction.
The steam/heat transfer oil heating reaction kettle has a higher specific heat of water than oil, so under the same temperature control conditions, the medium heat transfer effect of the water temperature machine is better. Meanwhile, the water temperature machine uses water as a medium and only needs to be connected to tap water, making it easy to use. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100 ℃. Therefore, without pressurization, the control temperature of the water temperature machine can only be less than or equal to 100 ℃. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the temperature control of the water temperature machine can be raised to 180 ℃, thereby expanding the application range of the water temperature machine.
