I. Overview
After air-dynamic equipment吸入 dust-laden air, it causes wear on the equipment. The inhaled dust accumulates on the fan blades, disrupting the dynamic balance precision of the equipment's rotors, significantly reducing its service life. The harmful chemical components in the dust can lead to rust and corrosion of the equipment. Therefore, high-precision air filters must be equipped with air-dynamic equipment.
The ZKL series self-cleaning air filters have been improved and refined based on the air intake requirements of similar air compressors at home and abroad. Currently, the product performance fully meets the air intake requirements for industrial gas turbines, blast furnaces, and other air compressors.

III. Product Features and Benefits
1. This product can be customized with a dust collector box, dust-proof net, and water flushing dust removal method to address secondary pollution upon customer request.
2. The equipment is controlled by an intelligent distributor and features three self-cleaning methods: (1) timing; (2) pressure difference; (3) manual.
3. This equipment can automatically clean the air filtration components, ensuring the equipment operates normally without affecting the normal functioning of other filtration components.
4. Operates normally under 100% relative humidity conditions.
5. Large filtration area, low flow rate, minimal pressure loss, with LCD display for pressure loss.

2. Filtration Process:
Dust-laden air is drawn into the primary coarse filter box① by the air compressor's suction, then passes through the high-efficiency filter tube②. Due to the combined effects of gravity, inertia, diffusion, and contact retention, the dust is adsorbed onto the high-efficiency filter tube. The clean air then enters the Venturi tube④ through a sealed gasket③, converges in the clean air chamber⑤, and is finally drawn into the air compressor via the clean air outlet pipe⑦.
3. Self-cleaning process:
After the dusty air is filtered, the dust is adsorbed onto the high-efficiency filter elements. The PLC then sequentially initiates the reverse blowing and self-cleaning process according to the set time. When the pressure drop exceeds 600 Pa, the PLC controls the reverse blowing and self-cleaning process based on the differential pressure, with a reverse blowing time of 0.1-0.2 seconds. The other high-efficiency filter elements continue to operate normally, and the dust is blown off and cleaned.
