I. Overview

To ensure that expensive aerodynamic mechanical equipment remains free from dust damage, minimizes malfunctions, and operates more frequently with minimal downtime and maintenance work, it is essential to reduce the dust concentration of the inhaled air. This prevents internal wear, scaling, and corrosion caused by dust. A dust removal filter should be installed at the intake of the aerodynamic mechanical equipment.

This product is an environmentally friendly new offering, enhanced by integrating advanced technology into the domestic self-cleaning filter and bag dust collector advantages, and has been certified.

1. Self-cleaning process:

Due to fine dust particles being adsorbed onto the high-efficiency filter tube, the intelligent distributor⑧ then commands the pulse valve④ to perform an automatic self-cleaning reverse吹 to the conical high-efficiency filter tube, blowing the adsorbed dust back into the dust collection chamber⑦, thereby achieving an intelligent self-cleaning process.

2. Dust Removal Process:

Dust-laden air is filtered at the first stage, with large particles settling to the sedimentation chamber through natural sedimentation. Fine particles adhere to the outer surface of the filter sleeve and settle to the dust collection chamber (7) via reverse blowing, then automatically settle to the sedimentation chamber (9). Dust is generally washed with water once a week.

3. Filtration Process:

Highly concentrated dust-laden air from the factory area is drawn into the frame plate coarse filter ① by the adsorption action of air-powered machinery. After primary filtration, it is further subjected to secondary fine filtration through the conical high-efficiency filter cylinder ②. Due to the combined effects of gravity, inertia, diffusion, collision, and contact, the dust is adsorbed onto the conical high-efficiency filter cylinder. Clean air then flows through the Venturi tube ③ to the clean air chamber ⑨ and is吸入 by the air-powered machinery through the outlet pipe ⑩, achieving high-efficiency filtration.

1. This equipment resolves the issue of dust from self-cleaning filters being released back into the atmosphere post-backflushing, which leads to secondary pollution. The dust from this equipment is automatically collected, making it a green and environmentally friendly option.

2. After secondary filtration, the precision reaches 0.5μm with minimal pressure loss. The lifespan of the high-efficiency filtering elements has been extended from the original 1.5 years to about 3 years now, which can reduce operating costs by approximately a quarter.

3. The primary filtration utilizes a box-type coarse filter, which can prevent rain, snow, sandstorms, and high humidity from directly entering the high-efficiency filter tube. It can be cleaned and reused multiple times, with significant results. The dust removal efficiency can reach about 30%, and the weight ratio can be about 90%.

4. The high-efficiency filter sleeve is designed in a conical shape, with the advantage of being less prone to dust adhesion and easier for dust to shed during backflushing, which can reduce pressure loss.

5. High-efficiency filter tube media utilizes high-precision moisture-resistant filtration material.

6. Rational export pipe design without any bends, resulting in a pressure drop of 20-30 Pa less than that of elbows in filter systems.

7. The pulse solenoid valve utilizes imported components and is a dedicated dust removal valve with a lifespan exceeding 1 million cycles.

8. This product features a modular structure. For special cases, we can offer customized non-standard design according to customer requirements to meet their needs.
