A self-priming pump with only one sealed surface
Only one sealed surface on the entire unit, fewer leak points, and high self-priming height.
In accordance with the medium temperature, the equipment will not be damaged during the no-load operation for 15-30 minutes.
No inserts; will not fail due to insert corrosion, leading to complete pump failure.
Patented machine seal, with a cooling surface 3-6 times larger than conventional machine seals.
The most expensive component of the entire unit, excluding the motor—the pump casing—requires no replacement unless subjected to external force damage or unsuitable medium.
The ZF Self-Priming Pump is our company's newly developed generation of high-head self-priming centrifugal chemical pump. Through improvements in its design, it has significantly enhanced product performance while effectively extending the equipment's service life, and has been granted a national patent.(Patent No.: ZL200820200224.7 ZL201220332230.4)The introduction of the ZF self-priming pump has made it one of the highly competitive products on the current market, thanks to its excellent cost-performance ratio. It is a good alternative to single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, and submersible motors. The material is reinforced polypropylene (RPP) and (PVDF).
Enhanced Polypropylene - Non-polar, non-toxic, resistant to general acids, alkalis, and salts, operating temperature range of -12℃ to 80℃.
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) exhibits excellent gas tightness, is non-toxic, non-polar, has good antioxidant properties, and superior mechanical performance. It is resistant to strong oxidizing agents, halogens, and aromatic solvents. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 135℃ (for solvent-based media, it is recommended to use PVDF).
We strongly recommend using a self-priming pump instead of a standard centrifugal pump for transferring the medium to avoid unexpected liquid cutoff that could result in production losses.
Need to frequently replace components? Go for ZF Self-Priming Pumps!
Can't detect a cutoff in 5 seconds? Use the ZF self-priming pump!!
Why did the pump just break out of nowhere? Use the ZF Self-priming Pump!!!
Unfortunately, not all media are suitable for ZF self-priming pumps!!!
