Product Overview
Glass fiber oil separator is a new type of no-power oil-water separation device developed based on traditional oil-water separation ponds. It is made of high-strength glass fiber materials and produced in an integrated, mechanical winding process. It features light weight, high compressive strength, resistance to acids and alkalis, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and is suitable for underground installation with simple installation and no ground space occupation. It employs inclined plate and inclined tube filtration to remove larger solid pollutants, followed by adsorption, separation, sedimentation, and oxidation of oil污水 through a collection and separation device. It is also equipped with biological technology to effectively reduce the BOD content and SS suspended solids in the effluent, achieving wastewater purification. The purification process involves wastewater entering through the inlet, being filtered of larger solid matter by a basket, and then the smaller oil particles are separated from water by the inclined plate and tube. It then enters the biological purification area, where after biological purification, it is discharged from the outlet meeting standard effluent requirements for oil-containing water, such as mineral oils (except crude oil), vegetable oils, animal oils, etc. This can completely solve environmental pollution issues and problems caused by grease solidification, such as sewage pipe blockages and overflow during cold seasons, in places like restaurants, hotels, factories, schools, government agencies, auto repair shops, machine repair shops, gas stations, and industrial and mining enterprises.
Technical Principle

1. Utilizes inclined plate inclined tube filtration to remove larger solid contaminants.
2. Adsorb, separate, sediment, and oxidize oil-contaminated wastewater through a collection and attachment separation device.

Specific purification process: Wastewater enters through the inlet, larger solid particles are filtered out by the basket, and smaller oil污 matters are then separated from water using inclined plates and channels. It then proceeds to the biological purification zone, where it undergoes biological purification before being discharged from the outlet in compliance with standards.
