I. Product Introduction
The YLB Leakproof Pressure Filter Pump is a new type of pump specifically designed for pressure filter machines. It is a joint design by our pump design department and the Fluid Mechanics Research Institute of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, based on the actual operational requirements of the users and successfully developed with imported German pumps. The rated performance points and dimensions all comply with the international standard ISO 2858-1975 (e). It is a replacement for enamel pumps, ceramic pumps, rubber-lined pumps, fluoroalloy pumps, F-type corrosion-resistant pumps, and IH chemical centrifugal pumps, offering an updated product line. This pump can handle various corrosive liquid slurry with particles and viscosity at temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 110℃ in the pressure filter process. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, starch, pharmaceuticals, dyes, paints, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, electricity, and food.
II. Main Features
The YLB vacuum filter press pump is an advanced design that incorporates foreign centrifugal pumps on the basis of new technology, enhanced with our company's years of production experience. It employs a vacuum device for mechanical seals. This pump can continuously transport liquids under increasing pressure and decreasing flow, without the mechanical seal bearing working pressure, ensuring no leakage. It is an ideal equipment for constructing a civilized factory.
The YLB type low-speed filter press pump is a low-speed, large flow channel pump designed for transporting slurry containing large particles or mineral slurries with sand and stone. Its structure features an axial inlet and radial outlet, ensuring that larger sand and stone particles are immediately ejected through the open impeller after entering the pump chamber, preventing wear or particle jamming between the impeller and the pump cover or body. This thus compensates for the limitations of general centrifugal pumps.
Users can select the appropriate sealing structure based on different medium conditions. This pump is not only suitable for use under the special conditions of a pressure filter but also meets the requirements for transporting acidic and alkaline solvents under various operating conditions.
