The truss floor deck, also known as the reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves processing the main reinforcing steel in the factory using special equipment to form a steel truss, which is then welded to galvanized steel plates to create a single integrated structure. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plates, and together with the steel truss formed by welding to the reinforcing steel in the structure, it bears the weight of the concrete in the floor and the construction loads. After the concrete is poured, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands the service loads during use.
