Truss girder deck, also known as reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves manufacturing the main reinforcing steel into a truss girder using special equipment in a factory, and then welding the truss girder with galvanized steel plates to form an integrated structure. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the formwork with galvanized steel plates, and together with the welded truss structure of the reinforcing steel, it bears the self-weight of the concrete floor and construction loads. After pouring concrete, it forms a reinforced truss concrete floor that withstands usage loads during operation.
